Conference Fees
The conference fee includes the welcome reception, gala dinner and the half-day excursion, and access to coffee-breaks and lunches.

1 = The membership number must be indicated in the registration form.
2 = Students must provide an official certificate of their student status when registering and can present a maximum of one paper.
3 = Only one additional paper per full registration is permitted (for a total of two papers). The registrant must be a named author on each paper.
Cancellation policy
- Up to July 14, 2026: Cancellations free of charge with a 60,00 EUR processing fee.
- From July 15, 2026, to August 14, 2026: Cancellations made within this period will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- From August 15, 2026, onward: Cancellations made on or after this date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
All cancellations must be made in writing and are only valid once confirmed by us in writing.
Tutorial Fees
Different tutorials are offered with a duration of 3 hours and 1.5 hours. The tutorial fee includes either a 3 hour tutorial or up to 2 consecutive 1.5 hour tutorials. In the registration process you have to indicate the tutorial(s) you want to attend.
